We have been busy over the past 2 years with Clinical Pathways and added BPSO this past April. These two programs are different but with the same goal in mind, better care for our residents! We have 5 more Best Practice Guidelines to implement over the next 2.5 years between both programs. They include Dementia Care, Depression, Transitions in Care, Continence, and Skin and Wound Care. This allows us to upgrade our assessments and change our policies to provide Best Practice Care to everyone. There are over 50 Guidelines that are used and recognized around the world in various settings like hospitals, LTC, and Community.
